Fees

The first step in beginning therapy is a free, 15-minute consultation for us to become acquainted and to see if it feels like a good fit. This can be done via a phone call or video call, whichever you prefer. If you would like to schedule a consultation appointment, please reach out using the form below.

Appointments can be made for individuals, adolescents age 16+, adults and couples.  Counseling sessions are provided via a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform from the comfort of your own space.  ReCharge Counseling & Wellness PLLC is 100% virtual.

I also accept private pay for services, meaning insurance is not required.  Should you elect this option; full payment is due at the end of each session.  Forms of payment include debit cards, visa/mastercard and HSA or FSA (dependent upon your account) via Ivy Pay, a HIPAA compliant, secure, payment processing system (accessible with you cell phone device) or by e-transfer.  Receipts can be provided to you for insurance submission and/or income tax purposes as a medical expense.

Fee Schedule:

  • 50-minute Individual Counseling - $110

  • 60-minute Couples/Partner Counseling - $150

  • 60-minute Couples/Partner Sex Therapy - $150

  • Extra time spent in session can be requested and is billed at the rate of $15 per 15 minutes (pre-scheduled)

 

Missed Appointments:

When you book an appointment, I reserve that time just for you.  Missed appointments can prevent others from the opportunity to attend therapy. A 24-hour notice is requested for rescheduling and cancelling appointments.

Fees for missed appointments:

  • Late Cancellation or No Shows - $45
