Release Reclaim Revive
ReCharge Counseling & Wellness provides inclusive, sex-positive, and all gender & lifestyle affirming virtual therapy and wellness services.

Individual
Therapy
Individual counseling is an opportunity for you to take “time” for yourself. It is your time to explore, process, feel, resolve, and release. During this time together, we will create a vision for your goals and a plan to achieve them while honoring your beliefs, values, and perspective.
Couples
Therapy
Relationships require effective communication, time, energy, and love. In working with couples, together we uncover patterns that may be causing discord, and discover ways to address relationship issues and conflict in an effective way.
Sex
Therapy
The goal of sex therapy is to help clients move past physical and emotional challenges to have satisfying relationships and pleasurable sex lives. Sex therapy may be able to help you reframe your sexual challenges as well as working toward the sexual experiences and fulfillment that you desire.
Philosophy
You have made a courageous step towards positive change and growth!! I sincerely believe that all beings have an innate need for connection. A connection not only to others but to yourself is necessary for optimal living. The therapeutic relationship is a space where exploration and curiosity can support your journey of reconnecting with self and others. As a counselor, I believe that every person is unique and worthy of unconditional acceptance. Providing support towards a client’s sense of wholeness is my goal.

Through therapy, individuals may come to understand themselves better and those around them. Therapy can support new ways of coping and handling life's ups and downs, provide healthier ways of processing and expressing emotions, and creating robust connections
with others as well as self.
